Everything was really good, amazing location just off centre of Edinburgh, and guesthouse-buses, amicable staff. This room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned with a delightful view over the park. I appreciated that they had an ironing set, multi-channel television, and a seating area. I've had a pleasant stay of my holiday.

The property was clean, fairly priced and with a great location. Courteous and kind staff and altogether a warm experience. Comfortable room with a shower, hairdryer, as example. Appetising and freshly made food, excellent service.
Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The bed was really nice, the room was tastefully decorated and new-fashioned with conemporary decor. Provided breakfast was lovely cooked and varied with very good coffee and continental options, as example, exceeded our expectations. In general the staff were really helpful and affable.

Our hosts were fantastic, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was cozy and clean, and we slept like babies. It was great to have a bus stop just outside, and the location opposite a park was lovely. The breakfasts were delicious, and we appreciated the complementary toiletries and beverages in our room.
The bathroom was a bit small, but it didn't spoil our experience. parking on the street was a bit of a headache, but this seems to be the case all over the city.

The guest house is located in a charming area close to the shore and right on a bus route to the major attractions of the city. The property overlooks a lovely park, and the rooms are spacious and fully equipped, with freshly washed and ironed towels and linen, as well as complimentary toiletries. The breakfast is plentiful, varied, and delicious, with many options available upon request.
We found it slightly challenging to walk to the guest house due to the harsh wind and steep roads.
